  • Refunds: A full refund for the price paid for the item (less delivery charge) will be issued once the item is returned and inspected.
  • Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost of postage to return the goods. We recommend using registered post or recorded delivery for returns.

 

Bespoke Products

  • Cancellation and Changes: Orders for bespoke products can be modified or cancelled within a limited period after placing the order. Contact us immediately for specific timelines.
  • Non-Returnable: Custom-made products, including items upholstered in custom fabric or your supplied material, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective.
  • Defective Products: If a bespoke product is faulty, please contact us for resolution options, such as repair, replacement, or a refund.

 

Services

  • Cancellation Policy: Services can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations beyond this period may incur a fee.
  • Service Satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, contact us within 3 days of service completion to discuss potential solutions.

 

Extended Returns

  • Beyond 14 Days: Goods that are unused and in their original packaging can be returned after 14 days, subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the sale value and a collection charge.
